Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• APICS certification or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and perform accurate receiving documentation.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to reconcile inventory records.
• Support negative on-hand reconciliation and raw material inventory auditing.
• Assist Production Planner and sr. Buyer with scheduling and procurement tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse space and uphold safety procedures.
