Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Wilmer, TX to oversee inventory accuracy and staff performance. You will coordinate audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories while driving continuous improvement in inventory processes and safety adherence.

The role requires leadership of the inventory team, coordination with operations, and rigorous attention to process standards as part of the KQMS framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of inventory planning experience.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse staff or operations teams.
• Experience with high volume receiving/distribution in a large warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of inbound and outbound inventory via audits and cycle counts.
• Direct inventory staff to meet customer expectations and maintain safety training.
• Coordinate physical inventories and zoning of physical inventory as required.
• Lead root cause analyses for inventory discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Ensure adherence to CPs, K-WINs, and Standard Work in the KQMS system.
