Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock levels and support shipping and receiving in our Arizona distribution centers.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, audits, and using our inventory management system to track materials, while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and basic Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged product.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits as needed.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA or customer needs) and support quality programs.
• Draft or revise site SOPs and maintain the quality management portal.
