• Ability to facilitate change and make strategic decisions with limited information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, WMS, AS/400, and Sterling Commerce.

What You Will Work On

Lead daily inventory control operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth distribution center performance. You will guide teams, analyze inventory results, and develop improvements that support operational excellence. Work Style And Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, sitting, climbing, and repetitive motions

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
