Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline is typically required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field is expected.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inventory Control Team responsible for receiving product from vendors, quality control, maintaining the daily schedule of audits, managing inventory reports and helping ensure the overall accuracy of the warehouse inventory.
• Meet departmental budget goals, service levels, and accuracy goals.
• Record all adjustments, audits, discrepancies and report weekly.
• Track discrepancies and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Receive products from vendors to check for quality.
• Train Inventory Control Clerks.
• Coordinate and develop inventory analysis processes.
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
