Job summary

Automated Door Ways in Auburn, AL is seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Manager to oversee warehouse operations for our door and hardware business. You will supervise a team of warehouse associates and maintain accurate inventory across a large parts catalog, ensuring field technicians have what they need.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving, storage, pick/pack, coordinating with purchasing, resolving discrepancies, OSHA safety compliance, and collaborating with service, install

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Experience performing cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Mechanical aptitude for door hardware and components.
• Comfort with inventory/warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates.
• Plan and execute regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain receiving, storage, and pick/pack processes.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing/vendors.
• Investigate discrepancies and damaged goods; resolve issues.
• Maintain records in inventory management/ERP systems.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of parts.
