Job summary

Homerite Windows and Doors LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and job staging for installation crews.

The role requires strong inventory control, cycle counting, and experience with ERP/WMS systems. You will offload trucks, stage jobs for crews, and maintain safe, organized warehouse operations while learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new inventory management and CRM software systems quickly.
• Ability to accurately count, organize, and track physical inventory.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of all window and door units, components, and materials.
• Cycle Counting: Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to keep inventory records current.
• Receiving / Offloading: Offload incoming trucks, verify shipments against packing lists/POs, and properly store product.
• Job Staging: Stage completed jobs and materials so installation crews can load out efficiently and accurately.
• Crew Load-Out: Coordinate and support daily load-out of installation crews with the correct units and hardware.
• Organization & Safety: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• System Updates: Update inventory and job status in company software systems as directed.
