What You’ll Do

The primary focus of this role is on the receipt and distribution of products and materials both inbound and outbound from the facility. This includes receiving containers and transferring product between warehouses, coordinating delivery/pick‑up of containers with dispatch and logistics, streamlining outbound product movement, and maintaining the receiving dock and freight lanes.

We are a drug‑free workplace, required to pass a pre‑employment drug test.

SHIFT: 3rd 6AM‑6:30PM Fri‑Sun

• Identify safety issues and communicate them to the management team.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics NAV to receive Transfer Orders and ensure accurate product counts.
• Set up teams to accomplish daily goals; train, motivate, and conduct cycle counts of inbound freight.
• Check inbound freight for damages and meet daily metrics.
• Work well under pressure and time constraints in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the supervised work area.
• Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Prioritize work, demonstrate effective time‑management, and remain flexible.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $67,725.00 – $86,400.00 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package and the role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
