Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in manufacturing/warehouse is required.
• Experience in cycle counting, inventory controls, and SOX compliance is a plus.
• Forklift certification and stock picker experience are advantageous.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and safety programs.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (Lean, Kanban, FIFO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle count activities and post adjustments.
• Prepare SOX controls documentation (daily/monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Assist with internal/external inventory audits.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Ensure accurate inventory locations and optimal warehouse space usage.
• Support physical inventory processes and special counts as needed.
• Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and SOPs in daily tasks.
