Job summary

Alamo Group Ag Americas, LLC in Selma, Alabama is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to manage the cycle count program and oversee $15 million in inventory. This role ensures accuracy, reduces variances, and supports on-time order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business or Accounting and at least 3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory control, proficient computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with computers including report retrieval; Microsoft Office; JD Edwards a plus.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends/holidays as required.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately $15 million of inventory to meet cycle count variance goals.
• Oversee and perform detailed cycle counts for all locations as per guidelines.
• Generate daily cycle count reports for the cycle count team.
• Investigate negative inventory balances and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Audit receiving and order pick processes for accuracy and alignment with PO lists.
• Supervise cycle counters and conduct performance evaluations.
