Job summary

Alamo Group Ag Americas, LLC in Selma, Alabama, is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to support profitability, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role includes managing cycle counts, investigating variances, and coordinating with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (preferred) and 3+ years in warehouse or inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Investigate variances and determine root causes; coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor cycle counts and report findings to supervisors and controllers.
• Oversee daily cycle counter operations and performance evaluations.
• Assist with physical inventories and audits as required.
• Maintain compliance with ABC stratification in cycle counting.
