Job summary

RealCold is seeking an Inventory Control & Office Team Lead to support a cold storage facility. You will work with the Operations Manager and General Manager to plan daily floor operations while focusing on customer communications, WMS entries, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound paperwork.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, forklift knowledge, and strong English communication. This hourly non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and production management.
• Forklift certification preferred, with ability to attain on hire.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training Inventory Control staff and clerical personnel.
• Oversee assignments and activities of Inventory Control staff.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers to evaluate performance.
• Perform daily inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle customer communications and billing with RealCold team.
• Operate warehouse equipment to count inventory.
