Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Redmond, WA, seeks an inventory and logistics facilitator to move materials from warehouse to the production floor and ensure timely delivery of parts to each production line.

You will hire and train staff, enforce policies, and maintain accurate inventory through cycles checks and proper labeling. Daily forklift inspections, quality checks of goods, and proper logging are essential to success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • AAON Forklift Certification required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage efficient flow of inventory from warehouse to production floor.

  • Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line.
  • Hire and train staff; communicate job expectations; implement policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate inventory organization for space efficiency.
  • Provide Manufacturing with required parts in a timely manner.
  • Sort, maintain and stage product; label and place in correct bin locations.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections; reject damaged goods; log non-conforming products.

Job Description

Manages efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor. Essential Responsibilities/Activities: Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success. Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner. Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures. Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization. Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner. Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product. Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks. Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations. Completes forklift inspections daily. Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action. Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.

Certification(s): AAON Forklift Certification


Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Pay Range: $25.29 - $37.94
