This position helps fulfill ENVE’s objective of being a reliable partner through accurate and timely inventory management. The Inventory Lead oversees and leads ENVE’s cycle counting and inventory management process, slotting, and issuing materials requested by other departments.

JOB SUMMARY
This position helps fulfill ENVE’s objective of being a reliable partner through accurate and timely inventory management. The Inventory Lead oversees and leads ENVE’s cycle counting and inventory management process, slotting, and issuing materials requested by other departments.
Essential Functions
- Lead and delegate cycle count tasks.
- Ensures accurate counting, recording, and tracking of all ENVE inventory.
- Address and resolve discrepancies and issues related to inventory accuracy.
- Perform root cause analysis of inventory variations and report these findings to management.
- Coordinate annual physical inventory count as required by ENVE.
- Performs other warehouse tasks (shipping, receiving, material handling) as assigned based on company needs
Secondary Functions
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and other departments as needed to maintain inventory accuracy. Including production supply areas.
- Work with demand planning and Supply Chain Manager to identify storage capacities and make plans for alternative warehousing at 3PLs.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Adhere and uphold all Company policies and procedures.
- Follow all procedures as they pertain to this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Individual annual goals and objectives including inventory accuracy measured on value variance and warehouse location variance.
- Departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
- Effective communication and ability to work with all departments.
- Compliance with Company policies (e.g., safety, quality, attendance, etc.).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY/POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day however this position may be required to work up to 10 hours per day as well as Saturday may be required as job duties demand. Regular onsite attendance is expected and required.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (R) = Required (P) = Preferred (Equivalent combinations will be considered)
(R) High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
(R) 2+ years warehousing and inventory management experience.
(R) Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs Word and Excel and the ability to gain a general knowledge of SAP.
(P) Experience using pallet jacks, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.
(R) Ability to use a computer/tablet/keyboard.
(R) Ability to read and write English.

- Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals and efficiently meet deadlines.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS (R) = Required (P) = Preferred
(R) Ability to be trained and certified on driving powered lift equipment.
Physical / Visual Requirements
- Must be able to work in a loud environment.
- Requires standing for long periods of time, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
- Must be able to lift tools and assemblies weighing up to 60 lbs (less than 20 pounds frequently, 20-40 pounds often, and 40-60 pounds occasionally).
- See details of objects that are less than a few feet away; ability to “pick up” on small details is “picky” when it comes to ensuring the accuracy and quality of orders.
