Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Materials & Inventory Specialist II in Inglewood, CA, on-site, for full-time hours. The role focuses on inventory control, material handling, receiving, kitting, and production support in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of inventory/warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in inventory, materials, warehouse, or stockroom.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is required.
• Kitting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and put away incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Count and record inventory, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and locations in the ERP/MRP system.
• Build and stage production kits using pick lists.
• Label, organize, and maintain inventory locations, shelves, and materials.
• Move materials between receiving, inspection, stockroom, production, and shipping areas.
• Prepare basic inventory reports using ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Follow procedures for material identification, handling, and traceability.
• Support production by ensuring parts and materials are available when needed.
• Operate forklifts as trained.
• Assist with additional inventory and warehouse activities as needed.
