Job summary

Kering is seeking an Inventory Control Intern in New Jersey to support stock activities across the Americas region. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, you will help ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate across channels and locations.

You will develop Excel-based reports, monitor stock movements, assist with month-end closings, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams. This paid internship requires academic credit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inventory Control Manager with stock activities across channels and locations.
• Support inventory movements including adjustments, transfers, returns, and receipts.
• Run weekly inventory metric reports and KPI analyses.
• Monitor negative stock, in-transit, and consignments.
• Assist with month-end closings, audits, and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate price events and data entry approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams.
• Assist with employee sales and store openings.
• Support annual inventory audit inquiries.
