Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Inventory Planning Intern to support the merchandising team with product distribution, inventory analysis, and planning initiatives. This five-month, full-time internship is based in the corporate office in New York City and runs from January 11, 2027, through June 28, 2027.

You will assist with allocation and replenishment planning, monitor store performance and inventory levels, maintain data and dashboards, and provide administrative support to the Planning team.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
• Available for full five-month internship.
• Strong initiative, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Luxury brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and updating allocation and replenishment plans for store product distribution.
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and product flow; support performance analysis and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain store and inventory data, reports, and dashboards, and contribute to process and tool improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the Planning team.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
• Demonstrate initiative, independence, creative problem-solving, strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint expertise preferred; luxury brand experience is an advantage.
• Be available to work for the full five-month internship period.
