Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technology issues as needed
• Maintain real time inventory control of GPS units
• Maintain real time inventory control of vehicles on property
• Find low battery trackers and replace as needed
• Find unassociated trackers and re-associating to vehicles
• Maintain the geofenced lot map and verify it matches lot location in AS400
• Reviewing auto lot location update accuracy with GPS trackers
• Subject matter expert on helping clients and obtaining feedback on the use of the GPS technology
• Responsible for collecting and sending back all defective trackers to Cox 2M team
• Central point of contact for all auction departments regarding inventory control matters
• Provide point of view to Management team regarding the need to order more trackers
• Maintain the inventory tracker discrepancy list
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
