Job summary

Little Leaf Farms is seeking an Inventory Specialist to monitor stock inflows and outflows and optimize processes to ensure orders meet customer demand.

The role involves daily ERP transactions, cycle counts, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments while maintaining FIFO and compliance with GMP and HACCP.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock inflows and outflows and optimize inventory management.
• Perform daily ERP transactions to maintain updated inventory.
• Maintain cycle counts monthly and year-end physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and ERP records.
• Send inbound/outbound PODs to Accounts Payable.
• Schedule inbound/outbound delivery appointments and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain FIFO storage and proper rotation of products.
• Verify inventory records within the ERP system.
• Organize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution.
• Support receipt, stocking, staging, and transfer preparation of goods.
• Assist with finished material recalls.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP guidelines, ensure sanitary conditions, and report any safety/quality concerns.
• Maintain positive work atmosphere and professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
