Job summary

VF Corporation in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Control Driver for the 1st Shift to support inventory accuracy and cycle counts across a multi-brand distribution center. You will supervise daily inventory control activities and coordinate with operations, quality, and systems teams to ensure accurate product movement.

Responsibilities include investigating discrepancies, processing adjustments in the WMS, and maintaining records while promoting safety and standard work.

Qualifications

• Generate and review inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to correct inventory-related process issues.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Inventory Control Driver at VF looks a little like this. The Inventory Control Driver is supporting inventory accuracy, process compliance, and daily execution of inventory control activities within a multi-brand distribution center. This role helps coordinate cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, monitor transaction accuracy, and support operational teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of product across all assigned brands. The Inventory Control Driver also provides day-to-day guidance to team members, promoting standard work, and partnering with operations, quality, and systems teams to maintain inventory integrity and service performance.

Hiring Range: $16.00 USD - $20.01 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
