Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management and customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other job-related software.
• Previous Caterpillar Parts experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies across warehouse locations.
• Manage warranty claims, vendor discrepancies, and returns programs.
• Reconcile Caterpillar and vendor invoices; partner with Accounting on discrepancies.
• Generate cycles counts and support PIC initiatives for inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve backorder transfers and stock replenishment acknowledgements.
• Coordinate and process claims for direct ship suppliers and carriers.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer care, administration, and inventory control teams.
• Cross-train within Inventory Control and perform additional duties as needed.
