Job summary

Terex Corporation is seeking an inventory/warehouse professional to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse, production, and aftermarket operations. You will perform cycle counts, manage inventory transactions, and drive process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost control, collaborating with Distribution, Purchasing, Customer Service, and management.

The role utilizes Oracle-based programs with Excel and data loaders daily to process work and generate

Qualifications

• Higher proficiency with Excel and computers.
• Minimum of three years related experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail.
• Familiarity with Oracle or ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure stocked items meet production and aftermarket demand.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot quantity differences.
• Develop and implement improvements to operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and data entry.
• Enter daily inventory transactions into TMS (Oracle) and maintain records.
• Generate monthly cycle count reports and summarize counts and adjustments.
• Track accuracy rates, purchases, returns, and defective items for quality control.
• Review min/max/reorder point records to align with inventory budgets.
