Pro Resources Inc. in Brazil, IN is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to keep inventory records accurate across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
You will ensure floor vs ERP alignment and collaborate with Production, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Purchasing, and SIOP. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage lot traceability and material disposition while supporting 5S and audits.
Pro Resources is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator in Brazil, IN. to keep inventory records accurate across raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods. You'll make sure what's on the floor matches what's in the system, and you'll work closely with Production, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Purchasing, and SIOP to keep materials identified, stored correctly, and available when needed.
Perform scheduled cycle counts and assist with month-end, year-end, and full physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP records, and prepare documented adjustments.
Enter and verify inventory transactions, including production consumption, lot numbers, and finished-goods quantities.
Maintain lot traceability from receiving through shipment, and coordinate Quality hold materials and status changes.
Identify aging, obsolete, damaged, or unidentified inventory and help determine disposition.
Communicate shortages and issues to affected departments and support material staging and transfers.
Track inventory accuracy, recommend process improvements, and support 5S and audits.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
ERP or inventory system experience; basic computer skills required.
Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
Must be able to work with hands and hand tools.
Must be able to pick-up and carry 50 lbs -daily.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete warehouse floor.

A respirator is required in designated production areas; employees must be clean-shaven to ensure a proper fit.
