Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support inbound/outbound reconciliation, cycle counting, and damages processing. The role works on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Monday to Friday, at our Carlisle facility with a pay rate of $19.45 plus a $0.50 shift premium. Requires at least 1 year in warehouse inventory.

Advanced SAP knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities include data entry into customer systems and WH systems, analyzing inventory data in Excel, and

The core responsibilities of this role include: Inbound and outbound reconciliation; Regular Cycle counting; processing damages and damage recoup; other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Position: Inventory Control Coordinator

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: $19.45 + $.50 shift premium

Required Qualification: At least 1 year of prior inventory experience in a warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualification:Prior quality control experience; 6 months forklift experience

Role Purpose:

Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer's management on inventory issues for resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Reconcile and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
