ID Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for on-site duties in White Haven, PA, focusing on optimizing inventory across the global supply chain. You will lead replenishment strategies, manage SKU transitions, and coordinate with internal and external partners to sustain a balanced network.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory supervision within distribution or 3PL, strong WMS proficiency, and solid vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in inventory troubleshooting and supervisory roles in distribution, 3PL, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with reach trucks and training others.
• Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leverage WMS systems to drive daily inventory control - delivering high fill rates while minimizing inventory days on hand.
• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
• Build strong supplier relationships, addressing fill rate gaps, lead time delays, transit damages, and returns.
• Create import orders aligned with containerization needs.
• Run key reports: Call-Offs, Open POs, Destruction Write-Offs to optimize warehouse capacity.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP, and IDL’s operational standards.
• Provide support and leadership on the floor - training, coaching, and cross-training associates.
• Respond to inquiries, drive process improvements, and support continuous improvement efforts (5S, Lean).
• Maintain a customer-first approach with a tour-ready, safe, and efficient facility.

Position Overview

ID Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a sharp focus on optimizing inventory performance across our global supply chain. This role plays a vital part in executing replenishment strategies, managing SKU transitions, and collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain a healthy, balanced network.

Competitive Compensation:Attractive salary package of $75,000-$85,000 plus bonus, with full benefits including PTO, sick time, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage WMS systems to drive daily inventory control - delivering high fill rates while minimizing inventory days on hand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of inventory troubleshooting and root cause supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, or warehouse operations
• Reach truck driving knowledge and ability to train others
• Experience working at heights including heights of up to 35 feet with reach and stock pickers
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
• Clear, effective communication with internal and external teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• Experience with forecasting, SKU transitions, and replenishment
• Knowledge of order scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or other CI tools
• Experience creating import orders based on container requirements
