Job summary

TransMedics is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to efficiently process daily incoming receipts and outgoing shipments, supporting production and distribution operations. This role helps maintain accurate inventory levels and ensures compliance with Quality procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will generate labels, log transactions in the ERP, complete shipping docs, and assist with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting, data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Generate product labels and log transactions into ERP to ensure accurate tracking of materials movements.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation timely and accurately in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure outbound shipments are packed and labeled securely according to company and carrier standards.
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory controls as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shipping/receiving dock.
• Communicate shortages, delays, or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in material handling and inventory reporting.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for team members.
• Perform other TransMedics tasks and duties as assigned/required.

Job Description:POSITION SUMMARYThe Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for effectively processing daily incoming receipts and outgoing shipments to support production and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory levels as well as compliance with Quality procedures and Regulatory requirements. This individual plays a key role in maintaining production flow and the delivery of life-saving products to our customers.
