Job summary

SWARCO McCain, Inc in Vista, CA is seeking a dependable Stockroom Clerk to support manufacturing operations, including receiving, shipping, material handling and inventory controls.

The ideal candidate should have stockroom experience, knowledge of inventory systems (Great Plains), MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; forklift experience is a plus. Training and benefits are provided for a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a stockroom environment preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components used in PCBs is helpful but not required.
• Experience with Great Plains or similar automated inventory system preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift safely.
• Ability to lift 35–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull material via kit pulls and material requests as directed.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Maintain stocking bin locations.
• Perform inventory control transactions as required.
• Maintain import/export Excel spreadsheets and packing lists.
• Package materials for export to Mexico.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions.
• Material handling as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
