Job summary

CAB Construction Co. is seeking a material coordinator to manage incoming raw materials, ensure accurate receiving and placement, and maintain inventory records. You will coordinate shipments, prepare paperwork, and support shipping and delivery tasks as needed.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and basic software knowledge (JobBoss, Xcel, OnBase). A high school diploma or GED and a forklift license are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Current forklift license required.
• JobBoss and Sale Tax Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary shipping paperwork such as packing lists.
• Coordinate and schedule UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Receive documents of all incoming materials and supplies, verify quantity and quality specifications.
• Direct the placement of all received materials and supplies in their proper locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy electronically, including cycle counting.
• Ensure tool crib is secure and procedures are followed.
• Deliver or delegate delivery of all invoices, packing slips and related documents to appropriate offices.
• May be required to support material handling, shipping and delivery as able.
