Qualifications

• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them.
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged product.
• Assist Logistics Administrator with order inquiries, order entry, cycle counts and material transfers.
• Back up support for line replenishment and Hot List.
• Support Shipping with FedEx shipments and pick sheet sorting.
• Assist Materials Manager with special projects (parts setup and inventory reviews).
• Find parts and locations for drivers and team members in AS400.
• Print pallet labels for Receiving team.
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.
