Job summary

MasterBrand, Inc. in North Las Vegas is seeking an MB Materials Clerk-3 to monitor inventory, maintain location data, and resolve discrepancies. You will perform physical counts, track non-conforming stock, and document damaged items while supporting logistics, shipping, and materials projects in a fast-paced team.

The role requires strong data accuracy, good communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs as needed. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with accurate data.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location system.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory issues promptly.
• Document damaged product.
• Assist Logistics with orders, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Back up line replenishment and Hot List duties.
• Support Shipping with FedEx shipments and pick sheets.
• Assist Materials Manager on special projects.
• Use AS400 to locate parts and locations.
• Print pallet labels for Receiving.
