• Dispense food and supplies to cooks, cafeteria, and patient care units, according to standards.
• Review invoices for correct pricing, reconcile invoices, and process for Accounts Payable.
• Take physical inventory and places orders for food or supplies, as directed by Supervisor Production.

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for receiving and storing all food and supplies for the Franciscan Health Food and Nutrition Services areas. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for issuing food and supplies to designated areas. The position assists in managing inventory levels of food and supplies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Hours: Tuesday & Fridays start time will be somewhere between 2:30am-3:30am for a 8 ½ hour shift. Like 2:30am -11am – 3:30am -12pm.
• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:30am-2pm
• Occasional weekend and holidays.
• Receive all food and supply items for dietary department according to department standards.
