WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required.
• Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma/GED- Preferred
• 1 year Customer Service- Preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association- Required within 90 days of hire
• First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association- Required within 90 days of hire
