Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely cycle counting within the distribution facility. You will audit pick bins, report data, and investigate discrepancies to support order accuracy.

The role requires reliability, ability to work independently or with a team, and proficiency with SAP and RF gun technology. On-site work with safety gear and steady attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
• Must read labels, literature, policy manuals etc.
• Ability to learn use of computer and RF gun.
• Must be reliable and on-time to work each day.
• Ability to act independently or with a team to reach objectives.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Audit target number of pick bins each day as directed in the warehouse.
• Report data to Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Strive to achieve objective level of order accuracy by updating inventory data in SAP.
• Report and resolve errors found in warehouse inventory.
• Accountable for accuracy and integrity of all warehouse counts.
• Adjust all bin management in SAP system.
• Other duties and tasks as needed upon request by management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Include the following (but not limited to):

• Perform QA Ensure completion of assigned functions to include:
• Auditing targeted number of pick bins each day as directed in the warehouse.
• Reporting data to Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Striving to achieve objective level of order accuracy by updating inventory data in SAP.
• Report and resolve errors found in warehouse inventory.

• Must have basic reading & writing skills to read labels, literature, policy manuals etc.
• Ability to learn use of computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).
• Must be reliable and on-time to work each day.
• Ability to act independently without direct supervision as well as support a team to accomplish critical and timely objectives.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the Warehouse and climb stairs (where applicable) throughout scheduled shift.
• Must wear protective eyewear, footwear, hand protection (gloves) and safety vests.
• A self-motivated team-player with a positive attitude
