Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Clerk in Ohio on the 3rd shift (6am – 6:30pm, Friday to Sunday). The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring system updates reflect physical counts.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience with forklift equipment and warehouse management systems such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, or SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

The core responsibilities is to supports inventory accuracy and daily inventory control operations within the facility. This role is responsible for completing cycle count activities, researching discrepancies, and ensuring accurate system updates to maintain inventory integrity.

Position: Inventory Clerk

Shift: 3rd Shift 6am - 6:30pm Friday to Sunday

Pay: $20.00

First preference will be given to those with stand-up Dock Stocker and Reach Truck experience. Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus. A minimum of 6 month’s experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP is preferred.
