Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Graniteville, SC. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy for inbound and outbound orders, and updating the Warehouse Management System.

Ideal candidates have six months of warehousing experience, RF scanning skills, and a forklift certification or plan to complete training within 30 days. Shift is Fri–Sun, 7PM–7AM with a pay rate of $19.25 plus $1.50 night/weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected in the warehouse management system.
• Support daily inventory management procedures and cycle counts.
• Accurately adjust inventory for over/short, damaged, or defective products.

Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7PM – 7AM (flexible hours available)

Pay: $19.25

Additional Incentives: Night and Weekend Shift Differential of $1.50

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
