Job summary

DHL Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the B shift to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations. This role requires verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring changes are correctly reflected in the warehouse management system.

You will work Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am, earning $21.35 per hour with standard shift differential. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders.
• Reflect inventory entries/adjustments in the warehouse management system.
• Perform daily inventory management duties and support operational needs.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Handle routine clerical tasks including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
