Position: Inventory Control Clerk
Shift: 1st, 2nd, weekend day, weekend night shift
Pay: $19.25 per hour
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• 1 year of minimum experience in stand-up counterbalance, double pallet center rider, reach truck operations.
• 1 year of minimum inventory experience, including LOT #s.
• 1 year minimum experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system records as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged products.
• Perform routine clerical tasks including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certification or satisfactory completion of a forklift training program within the first 30 days of employment preferred.
