Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Department Manager for one of our Distribution Centers in Windsor, CT. You will oversee departmental operations and a team of up to 20 associates, ensuring safe, efficient execution of daily warehouse activities.

You will lead supervisors, ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, quality, and operational standards, and coordinate Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment departments. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of distribution center management or operations experience.
• Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard PC software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee up to 20 associates within the Distribution Center.
• Support operations across Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment.
• Ensure merchandise is scheduled, received, unloaded, replenished, and moved as required.
• Lead supervisors toward professional success and ensure safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
