Job summary

Marvin in Kansas City, KS is seeking an Inventory Control Auditor to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across the facility. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure smooth material flow to support production operations.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and obtain necessary certifications (forklift, aerial lift).
  • Comfortable working at heights (15+ feet) and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Ability to safely use a Motorized Industrial Man Up Picker to count parts in top levels of warehouse (heights could be in excess of 15+ feet)
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage inventory movements.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety and integrity by reporting hazards and participating in training initiatives.

Job Overview

The Inventory Control Auditoris responsible formanaging and maintainingaccurateinventory levels across the Kansas City location. Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
