Job summary

Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Warehouse Inventory associate for the 1st shift in Fort Smith, AR. The role supports verification of product movement, inventory updates, and coordination with plants and procurement. Training and mentorship programs accompany competitive wages.

The position runs 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed; $16.50 per hour plus incentives and benefits. 401K, medical/dental/vision, and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training acceptable.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Verify product received, stored, or shipped; establish delivery location.
• Inspect STOs / Transfer to ensure they match order.
• Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages.
• Compare STO orders with plants BOL lists.
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Update inventory with received items.
• Enter data into computer / SAP WM.
• Communicate with OK Foods Procurement and vendors regarding delays.
• Maintain records of orders and delivery details.
