Job summary

Bachoco Group in the Fort Smith area is hiring a Marination Operator for 1st shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The role includes setting up lines, marinating product, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a high-volume production environment.

The position offers $16.50 per hour with a weekly attendance incentive, comprehensive benefits (401K, medical, dental, vision), 6 paid holidays, vacation after 90 days, and 2 personal days per year after 90 days.

• Marinates product by pouring totes into marination tanks.
• Uses hand or power jack to move product to marination from cooler.
• Takes out trash and dirty totes and maintains a clean work area.

• Shift Time: 5:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
• Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Duties

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required.
• Marinates product by performing the following duties; Dumps totes of product into tanks to be marinated.
• Uses a hand or power jack to bring product to marination from the cooler.
• Takes out trash and dirty totes and lids and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS.

Safety & Exposure

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
