Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, stocking, cycle counting, order verification, and inventory control activities under supervision.

You will work with ERP systems, stock control processes, and standard warehouse tools to ensure data integrity and timely fulfillment. This position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control procedures preferred.
Experience with ERP or inventory software preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain preferred certification.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
Stock materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
Perform scheduled cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
Pick, verify, and stage materials for customer orders and internal transfers.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages, excess inventory, and damaged materials.
