R&R Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Lead to maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure stock integrity. You will play a key role in data accuracy, reporting, and resolving discrepancies from receipt to shipment.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, independence, and reliability in a safety-minded warehouse environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse/stockroom/distribution experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks and handheld scanners/inventory software are a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Safety-minded and dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records to keep systems up to date.
• Compile detailed inventory reports and monitor stock trends.
• Audit counts, balance accuracy, and investigate shortages to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify, inspect, and record damaged products to control quality.
• Support operations with other inventory-related duties as needed.

What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

We are looking for a detailed, reliable Inventory Control Lead to keep our warehouse numbers sharp and our stock accurate. As a key player on our team, you'll maintain data integrity, resolve count discrepancies, and ensure our inventory flow runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Maintain Records: Prepare and manage accurate warehouse inventory records to keep our system up to date.

• Track & Report: Compile detailed inventory reports and stay ahead of any stock trends or emerging issues.

• Solve Discrepancies: Audit inventory counts, balance accuracy, and research shortages to resolve discrepancies quickly.

• Damage Control: Identify, inspect, and record damaged products to maintain tight control over inventory quality.

• Support Operations: Pitch in with other inventory-related duties as assigned to keep the warehouse moving.

What We're Looking For

If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a "can-do" attitude, you'll fit right in.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or distribution setting preferred.

• Software & Tech Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills required. QuickBooks experience and familiarity with handheld scanners/inventory software are major pluses!

• Work Style: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and working on your feet in a stockroom, warehouse, or dock area where temperatures vary.
