Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Atlanta, GA to ensure accurate data entry in Helios IC and timely transaction completion. You will verify deliveries, code inventory, and support the Fixed Assets department by updating Oracle inventory data.

You will also run daily reports, communicate with warehouse and logistics staff, and help manage cash reconciliations and adjustments while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and accountability in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills in Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control, and accounting.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience operating a non CDL box truck preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product deliveries and inventory accuracy.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and resolve them.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory systems and related transactions.
• Enter data into computer and analyze reports.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics managers to stay updated on activities.
