Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in San Bernardino, CA invites applications for an Inventory Control Specialist.

You will oversee cycle counts, postings in SAP, and ensure accurate inventory at the plant and off-site locations while supporting goods receipt and year-end processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task under deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree is preferred for this role.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control or related field is desirable.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP, is required or highly valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production as scheduled in SAP.
• Post daily production and reconcile with inventory in SAP and close process orders timely.
• Prepare paperwork for cycle counts, adjustments, and loss tracking.
• Maintain organized files for inventory documents (BOLs, cycle counts, vendor paperwork).
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report variances and aging inventory.
• Assist with co-pack reporting and destruction requests, tracking final disposition.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory and ensure variance reconciliation is documented.
