Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Strong written, verbal communication and organizational skills, with analytical and mathematical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CostPoint experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Knowledge of Winchester operations or products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, evaluate, and verify daily production scrap and material movement transactions while overseeing ERP issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve material movement errors; propose corrective actions or system enhancements.
• Coordinate transfer of materials between production departments, facilities, and vendors; assist with cycle counts.
• Lead teams to ensure accuracy of yearly physical inventory and collaborate on production, scrap, and usage reports.
• Assist with special projects supporting continuous improvement in material management and production processes.
