Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, or retail operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, warehouse management, or retail POS systems preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, exception reporting, shrink analysis, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory performance, identify trends, and analyze root causes of discrepancies and shrinkage.
• Maintain inventory data integrity across KWI, Blue Cherry, Softeon, My Supply Chain, and related systems.
• Investigate inventory issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze physical inventory variances, complete reconciliations, and process stock adjustments.
• Coordinate cycle counts, review results, and determine follow‑up actions.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures, guardrails, and internal controls.
• Coordinate physical inventory programs and support month-end close activities.
