Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, retail operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Apparel, retail, luxury brand, or omnichannel inventory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, warehouse management, or retail point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Experience with reconciliation, exception reporting, shrink analysis, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory performance, identify trends, and analyze root causes of discrepancies and shrinkage.
• Manage inventory data integrity and information flow across systems.
• Investigate inventory issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory and shipping discrepancies, assess operational impact, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain inventory exception reporting and monitoring processes.
• Coordinate cycle count programs and analyze variances for follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and internal controls.
• Support physical inventory programs and recommend improvements.
