Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy and minimize shrink across all Louis Vuitton stores in the Americas. You will develop strategies, utilizing analytics to identify trends, predict risks, and implement solutions.

This role demands strong leadership in driving accountability and fostering excellence through collaborative partnerships with the Regional Retail Community and HQ.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control or financial retail.
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational organization with multi-site footprint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control strategy across the Americas, ensuring accuracy and system alignment.
• Oversee critical inventory transactions with financial integrity and policy compliance.
• Analyze inventory adjustments and shrink trends, communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive cross-functional resolution for corrective actions.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance, trends, and risks.
