Job summary

Cerebras Systems seeks a Sr. Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, 3PL execution, and reverse logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will integrate material movement, system accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across internal warehouses, contract manufacturers, and partner locations. The role strengthens inventory governance, cycle count accuracy, and SOX readiness while coordinating with Logistics for transport and freight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse/inventory control or related field.
• Experience leading 3PL partnerships and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of inventory practices including cycle counts, RMA, and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory control across warehouses, manufacturing locations, and 3PLs.
• Set standards for cycle counts, high-value inventory, and discrepancy resolution.
• Drive KPIs for inventory accuracy, transaction SLA, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance on inventory controls and SOX readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate receipt, movement, and disposition of materials.
• Own RMA and reverse logistics movements from site to customer or field locations.
